Our BBQ briquettes are made from 100% pure beech wood – without any additives or chemicals. They meet the DIN EN ISO 17225-3 standard, guaranteeing consistent quality and reliable heat output. Thanks to their shape, the round briquettes are easy to stack and handle. Their high density ensures a slow, even burn and produces a strong bed of embers. They are versatile and can be used in fireplaces, wood stoves, grills, smokers, or pizza ovens. Two briquettes replace approximately five logs, saving space and providing intense, long-lasting heat. With a calorific value of at least 5.0 kWh/kg and an ash content of less than 1%, the fire and surrounding area remain clean. The moisture content is also below 8%, allowing for quick ignition. Easy to use: With a few firelighters and a little airflow, the BBQ briquettes burn reliably and for a long time. Dry, protected storage is essential – ideally in a garage or shed. Especially advantageous for BBQ enthusiasts: These briquettes contain no tannins – ideal for smokers, pizza ovens, or grills, as they do not affect the flavor of the food. Sustainably designed: The briquettes are made from beechwood shavings – a byproduct of wood processing – and are recycled in a resource-conserving manner.
