The TECHNIVOLT 101 universal charging station offers maximum user convenience for charging electric cars or plug-in hybrids at home thanks to its permanently installed charging cable. Compared to a standard wall socket, it significantly reduces charging time, ensuring fast, safe, and efficient charging at home. The TECHNIVOLT 101 features several convenient functions, such as access control and RFID-based authorization of charging processes. A major advantage is the safety function that automatically interrupts charging in the event of a power outage. An interface for connecting a smart meter (MID) for dynamic power optimization within the home’s electrical system, or a potential-free switching contact for external control of charging processes, are integrated as standard. The TECHNIVOLT 101 is eligible for funding under the KfW 440 program.
