Please note:
Since July 1, 2012, only wood-fired heaters that comply with DIN EN 15821 are permitted for use in Germany. Furthermore, since May 1, 2015, compliance with the emission limits of the 1st Federal Immission Control Ordinance (1. BImSchV) Stage 2 has been required for the operation of the sauna heater in Germany. Therefore, a BImSch kit is included with the heater. Only after using this kit will the heater meet the requirements of the 1st Federal Immission Control Ordinance (1. BImSchV) Stage 2 – the enclosed type plate can then be attached to the heater accordingly. Please observe any new safety distances for the sauna heater as indicated on the new type plate.
