Instructions for use
ATTENTION, PLEASE NOTE: Before use, please carefully read the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS on the back of the package leaflet. Always perform the ALLERGY SUSPECTION TEST (see back), even if you have previously used a coloring product of this or any other brand. Apply the prepared coloring mixture immediately. Do not leave the mixture in a sealed bottle, as the bottle could expand or burst. Do not save any partially used mixture for later use. 1. PREPARATION: Before starting the application, place a protective cape and a clock nearby to monitor the application time. SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCH should only be applied to dry, unwashed hair. Gently brush or comb your hair into your preferred hairstyle so that the roots you wish to conceal are visible. 2. MIXING The contents of the mixture are sufficient to conceal the temples, visible part, and contours. – Put on the provided gloves and protect your clothing. – Place the mixing bowl on a flat, stable surface to prevent it from tipping over. – Open the color cream by piercing the tube’s seal with the back of the cap. Squeeze the entire contents of the tube into the mixing bowl. – Now screw on the developer bottle and pour its entire contents into the mixing bowl. NOTE: Empty the developer bottle thoroughly. – Mix the contents of the mixing bowl thoroughly with the included blending brush until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. – Begin the application without delay. CAUTION: With some shades, the color of the mixture may change during the coloring process. This does not affect the desired color result. 3. APPLICATION – Generously coat the blending brush with the coloring mixture by dipping it several times into the mixture in the mixing bowl. – Distribute the color mixture evenly on the visible roots at the parting and along the facial contours. – Apply the mixture along the parting. – If any color splashes onto the skin, wipe it off immediately with a cotton pad soaked in facial toner. – Leave the color on for 10 minutes and discard any unused color mixture. – To achieve a more intense color result or to cover heavily grayed hair, please extend the processing time to 15 minutes. 4. RINSE – At the end of the processing time, add some lukewarm water to the hair and work it into a lather, massaging the roots to prevent streaking. – Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. The result: A beautiful, natural-looking hair color with 100% gray coverage. 5.AFTER THE TREATMENT As a follow-up treatment, apply our nourishing conditioner to wet hair. This will make your hair soft and supple from root to tip. Leave it in for 4 minutes and then rinse thoroughly – done! The conditioner is for one use only, depending on hair length.
