GARDINGER TK-160 Drum Composter, a handy, fast composter for the home garden. Innovative two-chamber system for efficient mixing. The GARDINGER TK-160 drum composter consists of a weatherproof 160-liter plastic container that rotates on a central axle. The axle sits on a sturdy tubular frame, allowing for easy rotation and a comfortable, back-friendly working height. This closed container design also keeps unwanted visitors (rats) out. To remove the compost, simply slide a wheelbarrow under the drum and let it fall in through the opening. Regular rotation ensures good aeration and, in combination with the black, heat-absorbing walls, accelerates the decomposition process. The two-chamber system allows you to add fresh waste to the first chamber while already established compost matures in the second. Thanks to its space-saving design, the composter is also well-suited for use in smaller gardens.
