Instructions for use
Step by Step: Apply one to two coats of nail conditioner to clean nails and allow to dry. To speed up the drying process, you can use NEONAIL Glow Effect Quick Dry Drops: Apply these to the center of the nail plate after applying the conditioner. Remove with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover.
