Instructions for use
STEP 1 Look down and gently pull the outer corner of your eye outwards with your index finger. Now carefully apply the color along your lash line. STEP 2 Use kohl eyeliner and several coats of mascara for perfectly defined eyes. STEP 3 To soften the look, apply eyeshadow over the eyeliner. To intensify the color, apply the eyeliner over the eyeshadow. STEP 4 Blend the line with a makeup stick or a blurring tool for a smokier look.
