Please note:

Unsuitable surfaces include drywall, textured plaster, untreated wood surfaces, and woodchip wallpaper. These surfaces could impair adhesion. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee residue-free removal of the film from unstable surfaces.

Tips for perfect installation

For optimal results, it is essential to prepare the surface carefully. The area should be free of dust, grease, and moisture to ensure the backsplash adheres properly. Especially when applying it to tiles, it is advisable to press the film down firmly over a large area using a squeegee to prevent it from showing through the grout lines. Do not press the film into the tile grout! After installation, the backsplash should be left to rest for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive to reach its full bonding strength.

In new buildings, residual moisture in the walls cannot be ruled out. If the foil is glued directly onto a fresh wall, bubbles may form underneath the foil.
