Instructions for use
For a dramatic look, apply the product directly to the waterline. For defined and fuller-looking lashes, draw a fine line along the upper or lower lash line. For a smoky eye effect, blend gently within 40 seconds using the integrated soft sponge applicator. Repeat if desired for more intense effect. After approximately 40 seconds, the texture is dry and has optimal hold.
