Not all charcoal is created equal!
There are significant differences in production. Our charcoal consists exclusively of hardwood (beech and oak). FAVORIT quality charcoal is produced in traditional kilns at temperatures exceeding 400 degrees Celsius. This results in more even carbonization, and decomposition products such as wood tar are removed from the charcoal.
Briquettes do not require a safety data sheet; they pose no danger! Â
