The performance aluminum frame of the KROSS Esker Flatbar is made of 6061 aluminum. This special aluminum alloy makes the bike stiff and break-resistant. At the same time, it is a relatively lightweight material whose properties can surprise many cyclists. The frame is powder-coated, which enhances the durability and resistance of the paint to mechanical damage.

During the frame’s development, KROSS opted for an internal cable routing system, giving the bike a clean and uncluttered look. This system also reduces the risk of cable breakage when riding on challenging terrain.

For the ultimate riding experience, the KROSS Esker Flatbar is equipped with 45mm wide WTB tires, perfect for all conditions. It also features a Selle Royal saddle, specifically designed for gravel bikes, and grips that guarantee a comfortable ride, even on rough trails.

POWDER-COATED : The
paint finish is achieved by applying electrified powder coating particles to aluminum, which then undergoes a heat treatment. After baking, the surface forms a perfectly smooth coating that is extremely resistant to mechanical damage.

RHS SYSTEM
To protect the frames as much as possible, a system of replaceable hooks was developed that can be easily and quickly replaced in case of damage. To minimize the possibility of frame damage, a thread is applied to the hook or a special nut.

FLAT MOUNT
A new standard for brake mounting that allows for greater integration of the brake caliper into the frame, thereby increasing stiffness, reducing weight, and improving aerodynamics, which, combined with the reduced weight, has a positive effect on riding dynamics. INTERNAL

CABLE ROUTING
Internal cable routing extends the lifespan of the cables, as they are protected from mud, sand, and rain along with the frame’s reinforcement. This saves valuable grams and gives the bike a clean, sporty feel.

The T-head tube

comes with a 30-year warranty! As with all high-quality bicycles, pedals are not included. These bikes are typically ridden with a clipless pedal system, which the customer selects and purchases according to their needs. Of course, you can also use standard platform pedals.
