Instructions for use
1. The current insoles in your shoes are probably removable – remove them first if possible. 2. Place the insoles in your shoe to test the size. 3. Measure your foot against the gel insole and trim it along the marked lines with scissors to achieve the perfect fit. 4. Insert the Scholl GelActiv insoles with the gel side down. Replace the insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: To clean, simply wipe with a warm, soapy cloth (do not soak).
