With its pioneering LONA technology (LOcalisation & NAvigation), the smart SILENO life, 600m², offers numerous options via the GARDENA smart App to individually configure the robotic lawnmower and track its every movement in real time. The robotic lawnmower now knows exactly where it is. Thanks to LONA, it can map the entire garden and use this map for its mowing activities. This map is displayed in the GARDENA smart system App, allowing the owner to make numerous additional settings. For example, shady areas where the grass grows more slowly can be mowed less frequently or even skipped entirely. The Zone Management function allows you to flexibly define which areas should be mowed, when, and how often. With Area Protect, you can even define areas that the mower should not enter at all, for example, to protect a wildflower meadow. The advanced CorridorCut function guides the robotic lawnmower as it effortlessly mows in tight corners and passages as narrow as 60 cm between the boundary wires. CorridorCut even navigates the mower out of tricky dead ends. The innovative Spot-Cutting function, a spiral mowing mode, allows the smart SILENO city to work in other hard-to-reach areas. All other smart system irrigation devices can also be controlled via the app. The app is available for free download for smartphones, tablets, and PCs; there are no subscription fees. The GARDENA SILENO city keeps the grass blades precisely cut to length independently. It is so quiet that you can hardly hear it mowing the grass and then automatically returns to its charging station. The GARDENA SILENO city is suitable for lawns up to 600 square meters and can handle uneven terrain and slopes of up to 35%.
