• Not every oven can reach this temperature limit. Problems can occur, especially in ovens with natural stone cladding, storage ovens, and soapstone ovens, even in alkaline ovens. It’s best to measure the temperature first and check if it corresponds to the operating temperature.
• The fan is powered by heat. If the top of your oven is insulated, the fan is not suitable for your oven.
