The C-21 ergometer from adidas is fully equipped to help build endurance and target the lower body muscles without putting strain on the sensitive joints. Thanks to the solid 9 kg flywheel, 24 electronic resistance levels and 12 varied fitness programs, as well as 4 user programs, the C-21 is ideal for steady-state and interval training and is suitable for both sprint and intense resistance training.

With its user-friendly console and clear LCD display, the C-21 gives you the control you need over your workout. Real-time performance data, including driver performance capture via hand pulse sensors, allows you to easily track speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts, speed and resistance during your workout.

Equipped with a tablet mount, built-in speakers and Bluetooth connectivity, the C-21 connects easily to your phone or tablet. This allows you to listen to your favorite music or enjoy the latest films and series during training. Make your workout even more effective by syncing the C-21 with Zwift, an immersive online experience built on a connected global community of cyclists*inside. Synchronization with the Kinomap app allows you to access a whole range of challenges and landscapes or compete against your friends in multi-user mode.

Equipped with a wide, densely padded and individually adjustable saddle, the C-21 gives you a free hand over your driving position, promotes better posture, reduces irritation and maximizes comfort.
