Freight forwarding

Therefore, the delivery date provided by Otto may vary by approximately 4 business days. You can avoid delivery delays by ensuring your current address and phone number are on file.

Your entire order will be shipped together on one day, however, in individual cases delivery on different days is possible.

How will my order be delivered?

We ship small packages via DHL, GLS, DPD, or UPS. Deliveries by freight carrier are usually unloaded using a pallet jack. In some exceptional cases, the delivery must be unloaded manually. We kindly request your assistance in these situations.
