The alverde NATURAL COSMETICS Organic Arnica Blossom Sport & Massage Oil contains a blend of oils, including sesame, olive, and jojoba oils from certified organic farming. Natural arnica blossom extract supports the soothing effect of massages before and after exercise to regenerate muscles and prevent tension. The massage oil also leaves your skin soft and supple, maintaining its elasticity. *A variety of environmental impacts (climate change (CO2), over-fertilization, acidification, summer smog, ozone depletion) of our Pro Climate products are recorded and converted into environmental costs according to the CE Delft standard. Instructions for use

For cleansing the skin, we recommend alverde shower gels. Gently massage the oil into damp skin after showering or bathing. If you are sensitive to arnica, alverde Organic Arnica Blossom Sport and Massage Oil should not be used.
