Do not press the film into the tile grout! After installation, the backsplash should be left to rest for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully develop its bonding strength.
In new buildings, residual moisture in the walls cannot be ruled out. If the foil is glued directly onto a fresh wall, bubbles may form underneath the foil.
