The station receives regional weather forecasts from professional meteorologists via the DCF time signal across almost all of Europe. Over 600 European cities, encompassing 90 different weather regions, are available. Updates occur several times daily. Simply select your desired region, and the weather forecast for today and the next three days* will appear on the display. The station provides a daytime and nighttime forecast and shows the expected high and low temperatures. You also receive other useful weather information such as the probability of rain, wind speed, and wind direction. This gives you a quick and comprehensive overview of the weather forecast for the coming days. Additionally, the station warns you of critical weather conditions such as freezing rain, snowfall, and fog. These warnings are displayed as text in seven languages. Wireless transmission of outdoor temperature and humidity is achieved via a dedicated radio transmitter, which is placed outdoors. You can also monitor room temperature and humidity, allowing you to maintain a comfortable indoor climate through targeted heating and ventilation. The current time and date are received via the DCF77 radio signal. The device also functions as a radio-controlled alarm clock.
