Characteristics:
Solvent-free, easy to apply, high coverage, low spattering, breathable and matte finish after drying. Excellent for painting all common types of plaster, hardboard, wallpaper, concrete, exposed concrete, and masonry.Depending on the substrate, the drying time for one coat of paint is (at 20°C, 65% relative humidity):
- Dust-dry/touch-dry: after approx. 2-4 hours
- Reviseable: after approximately 4-6 hours
Wilckens’ solid paint has a white hue and is ideally suited for painting all types of plaster, hardboard, wallpaper, concrete, exposed concrete, and masonry. This Wilckens brand paint is solvent-free, easy to apply, and characterized by its high opacity and low spattering tendency. Once dry, the paint is breathable and has a matte finish.
Processing instructions:
The substrate must be firm, clean, dry, load-bearing, and free of efflorescence, sintered layers, release agents, corrosion-promoting components, or other interlayers that could impair adhesion. Moisture penetration behind the plaster, e.g., through joints, cracks, etc., must be prevented. Properly treat any repaired plaster areas with a fluoride solution. Application can be by brush or roller. Do not stir or dilute before use.
