  • GENERAL: The mold protection paint is a high-coverage special paint that acts preventively against mold growth.
  • APPLICABLE: For new and renovation painting on surfaces susceptible to mold and mildew, damp rooms, and in private living areas.

Intended Use:
Ideally suited for renovating and repainting interior walls in damp rooms, including rooms with insufficient ventilation (e.g., bathrooms, toilets, basements, etc.). Suitable substrates include interior plaster, concrete, sand-lime brick, woodchip wallpaper and embossed paper wallpaper, gypsum plasterboard, hardboard, chipboard, or rigid foam panels. Depending on the substrate, a suitable primer must be applied. For private and commercial use.

Anti-Mold System:
Component A = plid Anti-Mold Spray,
Component B = plid Anti-Mold Primer,
Component C = plid Anti-Mold Paint.

Application Instructions:
All substrates must be clean, dry, free of oil and grease, and sound. Remove any existing mold and mildew by brushing, scraping, or washing, if necessary with a fungicidal wash solution. Remove any loose or
flaking old paint. Wash off any distemper and chalking surfaces completely. Prime critical and highly absorbent substrates with a solvent-free deep primer or anti-mold primer. Stir the product well before use.

Application:
For the primer coat, dilute the product with up to 5% water and apply evenly. After 4–6 hours, apply 1 to 2 topcoats undiluted.
