Our compression tights are subject to strict quality controls. The anatomical design ensures correct, variable compression progression.
The tights are produced seamlessly using a circular knitted process.
The high-performance yarn (70% polyamide and 30% elastane) and the careful workmanship offer high wearing comfort and long durability.
The compression tights are air-permeable, antibacterial, hypoallergenic and easy to care for (machine wash), have a pleasantly wide, high waistband, an anatomically cut abdominal area and, unlike thigh and knee socks, offer support for the whole leg and abdomen.
The attractive, smooth and even mesh structure looks timelessly elegant.
During pregnancy, the tissues and blood vessels become softer, the amount of blood in the body increases and the uterus expands. Compression tights are recommended to support the connective tissue and veins. It is important that in later stages of pregnancy, the special tights with an anatomical abdominal area and soft waistband should be worn.
Our compression products are suitable for men and women and are available in all seven sizes; you can find the right size in the size chart (see picture gallery).
Our compression tights are not a medical device in the sense of the Medical Devices Act and do not replace a visit to a doctor.
Information
IMPORTANT:Â only the correctly and professionally manufactured compression stockings have a correct pressure gradient from the ankle to the thigh (the compression decreases upwards).
We offer our products in three compression classes:
Compression class 1 (18 – 21 mm Hg)
Compression class 2 (23 – 32 mm Hg) and 3 (34 – 46 mm Hg)
Tips:Â although our compression products are knitted from highly elastic yarn with sufficient stretch reserves, we recommend using rubber gloves when putting them on (especially in compression classes 2 and 3). This ensures a better grip and protects the stocking from damage caused by fingernails. In addition, a special donning aid (pull-out sliding sock) can be used for models with an open toe.
