The conditions of sentence 1 are considered fulfilled if the installed gross capacity of the photovoltaic system, according to the Market Master Data Register, does not exceed or will not exceed 30 kilowatts (peak). The prerequisite for 0% VAT is that the buyer purchases solar modules, components, and storage systems if the photovoltaic system is installed on or near private residences, apartments, public buildings, or other buildings, and the system’s output does not exceed 30 kW (peak).
