The trailer, with usable dimensions of 301 x 153 cm, has a payload of 1870 kg with the mesh side extensions installed. The welded chassis frame with integrated drawbar is hot-dip galvanized. The robust rubber torsion axle with maintenance-free compact wheel bearings ensures optimal road handling. The welded floor frame with integrated groove features eight recessed lashing rings, each rated for 400 daN, providing a flat loading area. The 2.5 mm thick steel floor has a zinc-magnesium coating. An easy-to-use electric pump allows you to raise the floor frame using a two-stage telescopic cylinder. The tipping angle of the platform is approximately 45°. The 30 cm high, double-walled steel sideboards have an aluminum-zinc coating and are designed to easily withstand extremely demanding applications. The sideboards and swing-away tailgate, which can be completely folded down and removed in just a few steps, ensure optimal accessibility for bulky cargo. An included mesh extension increases the sideboard height by an additional 66 cm. The front panel is fixed. The rear tipper is equipped with robust wide-band hinges and cast steel toggle latches. The trailer comes with an automatic jockey wheel, overrun brake with automatic reverse, new tires, a 13-pin electrical connector, multifunction taillights including a rear fog light and a reversing light, as well as one pair of wheel chocks.
