FREE-RUNNING ROTO-ECZENTER
The backing plate follows a circular path (the circumference of which depends on the distance between the drive shaft’s axis of rotation and the rotor disc’s central axis), while being free to rotate around its own central axis. Due to the centrifugal force of the eccentric movement and friction, the backing plate can rotate at different speeds and in different directions. Should the frictional forces be so strong that the disc’s rotation is blocked, even though the tool is still operating, this results in a simple eccentric motion. The number of disc rotations is variable and depends on the number of circular paths completed. The free-running roto-eccentric motion currently represents the best compromise in terms of efficiency and surface finish quality.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
The variable rotary switch allows you to adjust the speed to specific applications. The speed control enables polishing at a precisely adjusted speed and can be regulated during use, preventing interruptions. The backing plate rotates at the selected speed and maintains the set speed under load, from 3000 to 5200 RPM. It uses precisely the right amount of power required for the task at hand. The speed control offers the user six settings, covering every polishing situation.

9-METER POWER CABLE
The durable, generously sized 9-meter cable provides maximum power for safe and efficient operation of the polisher. The longer cable saves time, reduces the number of steps and hassle, as there’s no need for an extension cord when polishing a car.

ON/OFF SWITCH LOCK
The on/off switch lock on the left side of the handle allows the operator to move their hands freely while polishing, for example, to reposition the workpiece, and prevents it from being accidentally pressed. Thanks to this feature, the tool is also safe for extended applications.
