1. Hose fracture protection function:
This gas pressure regulator is equipped with a hose break protection, which ensures the gas supply, e.g. B. damage to the gas hose, 100% sealed to prevent gas leakage. To put the gas device into operation or after changing the gas bottle, the gas flow must be released by operating the brass button on the hose break protection at the output of the regulator (see. User manual ).

2. Level indicator via pressure gauge:
The current gas level can be read if the indicator shows the following colors:

Blue: The gas bottle is empty and no longer contains liquid gas.
Yellow: First note: The gas filling quantity is small, sufficient for max. 1 – 2 hours of operating time (depending on the set performance of the device).
Green: Sufficient gas filling quantity for the use of more than 2 hours of operating time.

3. Leakage test:
Properly connect the gas pickup to the gas cylinder valve using the gas pressure regulator. All gas valves on the gas collector and on the gas bottle must be closed. Open the gas cylinder valve. The indicator of the pressure gauge moves into the green area. Now close the gas cylinder valve again, the indicator of the pressure gauge should remain in the green. Wait about 5 minutes. If the pointer is still in the green area, all connections are tight and the installation has been carried out properly.

This Gaflaschen key allows you to power-savingly connect and loosen small bottle controllers to the gas bottle valve and at the same time connect and loosen gas hoses with a union nut 1/4”. Granted for this through the integrated magnet a secure hold on commercially available steel bottles.
