The Scheppach CSP41 was awarded the title of reliable entry-level tool for these tasks by the magazine “Heimwerker Praxis” (DIY Practice). The powerful 41 cc 2-stroke gasoline engine and the high-quality 406 mm ProCut bar ensure excellent cutting results. With a cutting capacity of 37.5 cm, the chainsaw is equally suitable for sawing firewood as it is for removing hedges, shrubs, or branches. A built-in high-performance air filter extends the engine’s lifespan. Chain lubrication is automatic, so you don’t have to worry about it during operation. The chain can also be easily adjusted at any time without tools using an adjustment wheel and the quick-tensioning chain system. Thanks to this, and the gasoline engine, the CSP41 chainsaw offers a high degree of flexibility, as it can be used anywhere. For maximum working comfort, the petrol chainsaw is equipped with an anti-vibration system. Engine vibrations transmitted to the handles are significantly reduced, allowing for longer working periods. Even more important than the high level of comfort are the integrated safety mechanisms. The large metal claw stop allows the engine block to be fixed to the wood while sawing with the chain running. This makes uncontrolled kickback of the chainsaw more difficult. It also allows leverage to be used to apply pressure to the saw chain. In the event of kickback, the chain brake stops the saw within milliseconds.
