Instructions for use
Shake the Garnier Salicylic Micellar Cleansing Water before use. Then apply a small amount to a cotton pad/reusable pad and gently cleanse the skin of the face as well as the neck and décolleté. For cleansing in the morning and removing makeup in the evening. No rubbing or washing necessary. Repeat the process if necessary
