Hex-Plus

Hex socket screws are prone to stripping. This is due to the sharp edge of the tool rubbing against the inner surface of the screw head. The gradual wear process eventually leads to rounding. Wera Hex-Plus tools have larger contact surfaces in the screw head. This reduces the notching effect and thus the deformation of the screw. At the same time, they can transmit up to 20% higher torques. Good to know: Hex-Plus tools fit any standard hex socket screw!
