The stable AL 1 Black Edition exercise bike from Christopeit is equipped with a wear-free approx. 9 kg magnetic brake system and whisper-quiet flat belt drive to enable low-noise training with very good concentricity. The pedaling resistance is adjustable in 8 stages by means of resistance regulation, the computer has a holder for tablet and smartphone. The easy-to-use and large LCD display including tablet and smartphone mount allows easy reading of data and is easy to use with the buttons by simply touching them. The hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars and can be used for pulse monitoring during training. The handlebars and saddle are tilt-adjustable and the saddle can be adjusted vertically in height and also horizontally using a quick-release fastener, so that a comfortable individual training position can be selected. The anti-slip pedals with the separate pedal safety band ensure a stable foot position when pedaling. The front transport rollers enable an easy change of location and the rear height-adjustable foot caps ensure a secure position of the device. Home sports training with the AL 1 means weather-independent, simple cycling training for physical exercise, as well as goal-oriented cardiovascular training or endurance training with pulse monitoring.
