Instructions for use

Directions: No mixing required. Gently wash your hair with your favorite John Frieda shampoo. Use a walnut-sized amount of the conditioning color tonic for shoulder-length hair, adjusting the amount to your individual hair length. Work into wet hair and leave on for 2-5 minutes to refresh your blonde tone. The effect will vary depending on the processing time and hair type. Use as needed – ideally after every 2nd or 3rd shampoo, alternating with your regular John Frieda conditioner. Rinse thoroughly.
