Delivery information Standard delivery takes place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The customer will be contacted by the supplier prior to delivery to discuss delivery details.
Delivery is to the curb. Any requests for further transport of the goods cannot be guaranteed and are at the driver’s discretion on the day of delivery.
The garden shed will be delivered on a pallet. The driver will unload the pallet from the delivery vehicle and move it using a pallet jack. The maximum distance the driver can move the pallet is at the driver’s discretion and depends on accessibility; for example, the driver cannot move the pallet jack over gravel, grass, stairs, etc.
