Instructions for use
Step 1: Slightly bend the spoolie of your Brow Lift applicator and brush your eyebrows into shape. Step 2: Dip the brush into the Brow Lift and comb through your brows, sweeping the hairs upwards and outwards for a fluffy, lifted look. Step 3: Use the spatula end of the applicator to smooth the brow hairs in the same direction for a laminated look that lasts. Let it dry for 60 seconds. Step 4: Fill in any sparse areas of your eyebrows with our Ultra Precise Brow Pencil.
