Volta VSM – compact electric scooter with a top speed of 25 km/h for everyday urban use

The Volta VSM is a lightweight and agile electric scooter designed specifically for short trips, city driving, and everyday mobility. Its 220-watt BLDC hub motor enables a top speed of 25 km/h and ensures quiet, emission-free riding. With its compact design, the scooter is exceptionally easy to maneuver and can be parked almost anywhere – ideal for commuters, students, and anyone who wants to travel flexibly and independently.

The 48V 14Ah lead-acid gel battery offers a range of up to 40 km and can be conveniently charged at any standard 230V household outlet. LED lighting ensures good visibility, while the front and rear drum brakes provide reliable stopping power. The sturdy handlebars, ergonomic seating position, and 1,110 mm wheelbase contribute to a comfortable and safe riding experience.

With a curb weight of just 52 kg and a payload capacity of 137 kg, the Volta VSM is ideal for everyday use in the city. The tubeless tires (2.5-16 front, 2.5-14 rear) offer grip and stability, while the robust L1e-A vehicle classification ensures legal compliance and safe operation. Its 17% climbing ability also makes the scooter suitable for everyday use in slightly hilly urban areas.

The Volta VSM can be driven with a moped license. Those born before April 1, 1965, do not require a license. Alternatively, AM, A1, A2, and B driving licenses are also valid. The scooter is delivered fully assembled and includes the battery, a charger, and the Certificate of Conformity (COC). Used batteries can be returned free of charge in accordance with legal regulations.
