Q1: Can I charge and discharge it simultaneously?
A: Yes, but simultaneous charging and discharging is not recommended to extend the battery’s lifespan.
Q2: How do I know if the EB3A will provide sufficient power for my devices?
A: Calculate the total wattage of your devices. The EB3A should be sufficient if the load does not exceed its rated power of 600 W.
Q3: How long can I run my device with it?
A: Runtime = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ (rated power of the device).
DoD refers to the depth of discharge, and η is the local inverter efficiency.
For the EB3A, both DoD and η are 90%.
Example:
If you power a 100W light bulb with it, the runtime is: 268Wh × 90% × 90% ÷ 100W ≈ 2.17 hours.
