The robust and quiet water-cooled D+L generator with a 4-cylinder diesel engine is specially soundproofed and offers a maximum output of 19.8 kVA. Power is drawn directly via a 32A 400V CEE plug connector. The powerful 4-cylinder in-line diesel engine with a displacement of 2,417 cc features direct injection and offers an economical, low rated engine speed of 1,500 rpm, ensuring very smooth operation and a long generator lifespan. The integrated electric start via the electronic LCD engine control unit guarantees reliable starting even in low temperatures. The brushless synchronous generator used has a maximum output of 25 kVA at a nominal voltage of 400 V/50 Hz. The integrated electronic voltage regulator ensures excellent voltage stability. Thanks to its special winding design, this robust generator is suitable for unbalanced loads. Therefore, phases can also be loaded unevenly. The digital, central engine control unit clearly displays all generator and engine data. In addition to the operating hours counter, all typical generator data such as current grid and phase voltages, grid current, generator grid frequency, power factor (cos φ), current total active power (kW), and energy output in kWh are displayed. Engine data such as oil pressure, coolant temperature, and alternator voltage are also shown. The control unit monitors not only the engine characteristics but also the generator data such as voltage, current, frequency, and current power. The generator can be started and stopped directly via the control unit. Delay times and alarm thresholds are variably adjustable via a menu-driven, plain-text display.
