The reinforced hems are particularly important for a sun sail, as they ensure a secure hold and prevent the sides from tearing, even in windy conditions. How do I find the right sun sail? 1. The position of the sun: this varies greatly depending on the time of day and year. Therefore, be sure to observe the sun’s path beforehand and position the sail so that the shade meets your requirements at different sun angles. It’s better to choose a sail larger than the area you want to shade. 2. The size and shape of the sun sail should adequately cover the area – various sizes and shapes are available: triangular, square, or rectangular. 3. A slight slope is desirable so that rain can wash away surface dirt. This should be considered before installation, and the initial attachment points should be mounted high enough.
