This oven is designed for low-temperature cooking (EcoCook mode) . What does this mean? Fat begins to splatter at 172 degrees Celsius. Therefore, if you prepare your roast as usual at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius, the familiar splattering will occur in the oven. Our oven uses a grill-roasting system at 165 degrees Celsius , keeping food just below the temperature at which fat starts to splatter. This keeps the oven clean.
