The sacroiliac joint connects the sacrum and the ilium. This joint, with its limited mobility, transmits only normal compressive forces. Therefore, the ligaments of the sacroiliac joint have specific supporting and movement functions. Correct posture and optimal muscle, ligament, and joint function are crucial for pain-free movement.
The Serola pelvic belt was developed to support and compress the sacroiliac joint. This reduces painful movements and feelings of instability, especially during normal movement. The Serola belt helps restore the proper balance between resistance and elasticity throughout the musculoskeletal system of the lower spine and the sacroiliac region. Special features of the Serola belt:
