Our inexpensive grain pillow offers you 2 possible uses:
For heat application:
In the oven, the pillow is heated for a maximum of 15 minutes at 100 °C, lying on the rack on the middle rack.
In the microwave, the pillow is first warmed for 1 minute on medium power. If the desired heat has not yet been reached, the pillow can be heated further at intervals of 15 seconds.
Do not leave the grain pillow unobserved when heating.
for cold application:
In the freezer compartment or in the freezer, you will receive the necessary cold after 1 hour at the latest.

You can remove the cover and wash it without any problems. You should always store the grain pillow in a dry place.
