Warning notices
Clean your ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids Phase I thoroughly before first use and after each use, ensuring cleanliness (e.g., washing your hands). Please inspect your training aids before each use. Use only undamaged cones. A training aid with a scratched or damaged surface can cause injury. Do not use the pelvic floor training aids if you have a vaginal infection, inflammation, injury, or painful condition in the genital area, or during menstruation or a high-risk pregnancy. If you have other conditions (such as pelvic organ prolapse), consult a doctor to rule out any underlying cause other than pelvic floor weakness before beginning training. If you have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the listed ingredients, do not use the aids, or only do so after consulting a doctor. If you are a virgin, do not use the pelvic floor training aids. Wearing a cervical cap, contraceptive ring, diaphragm, or intrauterine device (IUD) during training is permitted. Correct positioning must be checked before and after each training session (if in doubt, consult a doctor). The cones must not be worn during X-rays, computed tomography (CT) scans, or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. Please consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant authority in the country where the user is located. Cleaning by steam sterilization, dry sterilization, or boiling is not suitable, as this may deform the material.

Instructions for use
• During an uncomplicated pregnancy, training with ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids Phase I can actively strengthen the pelvic floor and prevent potential subsequent problems. • After giving birth, you can resume training as soon as the cervix has closed (approximately after the 6-week postpartum period). If in doubt, please consult your doctor or midwife. • If non-invasive pelvic floor training has failed due to a lack of awareness of the pelvic floor muscles, training with ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids Phase I can actively bring about the desired results. • Pelvic floor training with ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids Phase I is also suitable for treating bladder weakness (stress incontinence) resulting from pelvic floor weakness. However, bladder weakness can have various causes. Therefore, other causes for the existing bladder weakness should be ruled out beforehand by your doctor and/or midwife. This product is intended for private household use only.
Storage instructions
Clean the training aids after each use with warm water and soap, or disinfect the cones with a commercially available skin disinfectant. Before reusing the training aids, any remaining soap or disinfectant should be thoroughly rinsed off with water.

Technical details
How it works: When a cone is inserted into the vagina, its own weight and special shape cause it to slide downwards. The pelvic floor muscles react by spontaneously and automatically contracting repeatedly to hold the weight. These contractions build muscle. The training principle is therefore based on biofeedback (reflexive muscle contraction). You start with the lightest cone. Once you can hold it for 10 minutes, you can choose the next heavier weight.
