The Urban Hopper TWIN BASE is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to travel comfortably, safely, and electrically for two. As a modern, four-wheeled electric cabin scooter, it combines weatherproof mobility with high everyday usability – perfect for the city, the countryside, shopping, or the daily commute.

The spacious interior comfortably accommodates two people. Comfortable seats, a low entry, and easy-to-use controls ensure a relaxing ride – even for beginners. The enclosed cabin provides reliable protection from rain, wind, and cold. Large windows offer excellent all-around visibility, while the stable four-wheel design ensures stability and a smooth ride – even in wet conditions or on uneven roads.

With its powerful 3,000 W electric motor, the Urban Hopper TWIN BASE reaches speeds of up to 45 km/h, making it ideal for daily commutes and short trips. The low-maintenance lead-acid battery (60V/58Ah) provides a range of up to 60 km (depending on driving style, temperature, and load). Charging is convenient and can be done at any standard 230V household outlet – quietly, efficiently, and emission-free.

Registration/Driving License: A Class AM or B driving license is required for operation (depending on the model and national regulations). The 25 km/h version can also be used with a moped test certificate under certain conditions; furthermore, for 25 km/h homologation: persons born before April 1, 1965, do not require a test certificate.
