Construction
The construction is made of glued wood. This consists of several dried layers connected lengthwise by finger jointing. These are glued together in a weatherproof manner. This creates a load-bearing beam that has less torsion than naturally grown wood and is less prone to cracking.

Color treatment
The color-treated parts of the kit are treated with high-quality glaze or color. This protects the wood from blueness, from damage caused by UV light, reduces swelling and fading behavior and still allows the wood structure to shine through. The parts are flooded with glaze on all sides in the 2x factory and the excess is then brushed off.
You can start setting it up immediately after delivery, eliminating the hassle of priming and painting. Each kit comes with a repair quantity of paint, or glaze, which you use to treat damage or cutting and screwing points required for assembly at least 2x.
If you would like additional finishing of the surface, grind the visible surfaces lightly after assembly and paint them with high-quality glaze or paint. Traces of deposition on components treated in all colors are for technical reasons.

Roof covering
The roof covering consists of sturdy, 16 mm thick polycarbonate double web panels. The top surface is provided with a UV reflective layer. These are attached using high-quality aluminum profiles with EPDM lip seals.

Anchoring
60 cm long H-anchors made of galvanized flat steel for concreting into the point foundation created on the construction side (see assembly instructions for size and design) are included in the kit. They connect the posts firmly to the surface and ensure high stability.
