Description

The mounting bracket for Type 2 electric vehicle charging cables (IEC 62196) secures the vehicle-side cable connector between charging sessions and prevents damage to the cable when not in use. Securely mounted to the wall, the bracket protects the charging connector from dirt and damage that would occur if stored on the floor, for example, in a garage. This extends the lifespan of the charging cable and keeps both the socket and cable clean.
