Maximum performance / Charging capacity:
The wallbox enables a charging capacity of up to 22 kW (three-phase, 32 A) during AC charging.
This allows electric cars to be charged relatively quickly.
Phase switching & dynamic charging power:
It supports automatic switching between single-phase and three-phase operation as well as dynamic adjustment of the charging power.
This means that even if, for example, only one phase is used due to low load, the system can switch to three phases to increase the charging power.
PV surplus charging / Integration with photovoltaics:
A major advantage: the wallbox can be intelligently connected to your PV system (e.g., inverter, storage) and utilize surplus solar energy.
This allows you to primarily charge your electric car with your own solar power – which is both ecologically and economically attractive.
Connectivity & Control:
Control via app (e.g., from Huawei) and interfaces such as WLAN, LAN, 4G, and RS485 are available.
Features also include RFID access control (e.g., for multiple users) and time- or user-dependent charging.
Safety & Robustness:
Protection class e.g. IP54 (or sometimes IP65) for outdoor or indoor installation, impact resistance (e.g. IK10) and built-in residual current and temperature protection.
Furthermore, relevant standards such as EN 61851-1, IEC/EN 62196-1 are met.
Time-controlled charging
In addition to surplus charging, the wallbox supports time-controlled charging (e.g. at favorable electricity tariffs) or manual charging via app.
Note:
Huawei wallboxes require specific knowledge and experience to install correctly and should therefore only be installed by an installer certified by Huawei or an official Huawei partner.
