- BABA’S SAPHIRE hybrid oven is a combination oven for wood and pellets that requires no electricity and has a 10 kW output. It combines heating and baking in one appliance – ideal for off-grid living.
- It operates without electronics, switches between wood and pellets via a lever, and features a mechanical pellet feed system. The tank holds 17 liters, expandable for longer run times.
- The oven compartment with thermometer offers three shelf positions, up to 270 °C, and space for baking pans up to 36 × 34 cm. Ideal for bread, pizza, and casseroles with a genuine wood-fired oven flavor.
- With an efficiency of 85.94%, a robust steel construction, firebricks and heat-resistant handles, it is efficient, durable and meets BImSchV 2 and 15a-BVG standards.
- Technically, it impresses with a 10 kW output, a 130 mm diameter flue pipe, a weight of 120 kg, and CO/particulate matter emissions within the standard range (EN 12815:2006). Delivery by freight carrier to the curb.

The BABA’S SAPHIRE is a true hybrid stove: It can be operated with either air-dried logs or 6 mm A1-class pellets.
Thanks to a side lever, switching between fuels is quick and easy – without any modifications, electronics, or complicated settings.
Pellet feeding is purely mechanical – completely electricity-free and therefore ideal for independent use.
The integrated pellet hopper holds 17 liters, which corresponds to a storage capacity of approximately 11 kg.
At full power, the stove consumes approximately 1.5 to 2 kg of fuel per hour, which is sufficient for several hours of heating without refilling – reliable, efficient, and self-sufficient.
An extension module for the pellet tank is also included.
This module can be easily attached to the existing tank, increasing its capacity – ideal for even longer heating periods without refilling.
Bake with real fire:
Cook and bake like in the old days – in the spacious baking compartment with temperature display, you can bake pizzas, casseroles, and bread with a crispy crust and authentic wood-fired flavor.
Thanks to the included extendable wire rack and baking tray, the stove is ready for immediate use. The baking compartment has three different height settings for optimal baking results depending on the dish.

The oven temperature can reach up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly and consistently – ideal for perfectly baked results.

An analog thermometer in the viewing window allows you to monitor the internal temperature at any time and facilitates precise heat regulation – all without electricity.
