A practical ash drawer for easy removal of combustion residue is also included. Its ash pan is larger than average. The appliance features a defrost damper. This damper makes lighting the fire easier, as the flue gases have a shorter path to the flue connection. Once the fire is lit, the damper is closed, and the flue gases are directed around the oven compartment. This allows you to regulate the temperature in the oven. By removing the rings in the cooktop, you can cook directly over the flame. Elegant wooden door handles complete the sophisticated look.
